The quality of the wig is good along with the colour however when communication on the business’s side was horrible. When inquiring about the whereabouts of the wig on the KellyWigs site, we’re met with an automated response, multiple emails were sent and not answered and was only reachable via dm (on instagram) however most dms were not viewed in a timely manner (a week of no reply sometimes). The system malfunction with international packages was also an inconvenience. Thank you for the wig, it’s beautiful but due to the above mentioned issues I will not be a returning customer.
