Standard Shipping: We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 for each wig within the continental United States or Free Shipping for all orders over $200. Please allow 1 - 6 business days for processing your order. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via our trusted carriers, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Expedited Shipping: If you're in need of your synthetic wig sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Simply select the expedited/ Express shipping option during checkout, and your order will be prioritized for faster delivery.
International Shipping: For our valued international customers, shipping rates may vary based on your location. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Return Policy:
To Avoid fraudulent chargebacks We have a NO RETURN policy. If customer have proof of defective product customer may be approved to receive a replacement or Partial refund minus $25.00 stock fee.
Refund: To avoid fraudulent charge backs we have a NO REFUND policy. All wigs are up to quality and is accurate as shown on product page. Please read product details carefully before purchasing your synthetic Kelly wig and or Message us with questions before purchasing.
A Refund can be agreed upon minus a stock fee of $25.00
Verifying Your identity:
If your order comes back flagged as fraudulent suspicion for any reason, Kelly Wigs will message you asking for proof of identity before processing your order. This process can take up to 72 hours to confirm and proceed with shipping your wig. please contact us for any additional questions regarding your order.
